Questions about how the list works, a listing you think breaks the rules, or something we got wrong. We read every message ourselves and reply by email.
Before you write
- Looking for a tradesperson?Pick a trade from the trade list and contact the business directly from its page. Your message goes only to them.
- Think a listing breaks a rule?Tell us which business and what you saw. We check it against the same standard and remove listings that fail.
- Run a business here?Use the application form instead. It asks for what we need to check.
